A.The Science Museum is open from Saturday to Sunday 9:30am-5pm.

Q. Is the Museum accessible for guests with special needs?
A.Strollers are allowed and can be checked in our coatroom for $1 per item. The Museum is completely accessible for wheelchairs and scooters. For more information, please visit our Special Needs page here.

Q. Is photography allowed in the Museum?
A. Photography of any kind is not permitted in our theaters or the upcoming "Real Pirates" exhibit. We do however allow photos to be taken in the other permanent exhibits throughout the museum as well as "Star Wars."
Q. What is the clearance in your garage?
A. Our Parking garage fits vehicles that are less than 6' 5".
Q. Is it necessary to purchase Sci-Pass tickets in advance?
A. There is no need to purchase individual tickets to the general museum in advance. If you are planning on bringing a group of 15 or more, discounts are offered. Please call our Reservations Department at 1.800.285.0684 for more information, or visit our Groups page.
Q. Can I purchase Gift Certificates?
A. Yes! Gift certificates are available for purchase in any denomination. You may call 215.448.1254 or come into the museum and purchase them at the Box Office. Please note that the gift certificates are only valid for ticket purchases, not in the Sci-Store or Ben’s Bistro and Café.
Q. Do you have a lost and found?

A. Yes. It is located in the Main Atrium behind the Membership desk.

A. You will be given a wristband after you purchase your tickets that will permit you to leave and re-enter the Museum on the same day.

A. Most of our restrooms are equipped with changing stations. Please ask a TFI staff member upon arrival if the accommodations are needed.
