Contest Giveaway Rules: Please read The Franklin Institute Prize Giveaway Official Rules below. By participating in any contest/prize giveaway, you fully and unconditionally agree to accept these official rules:

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter. Limit of one entry/prize per person for any single event.

Employees, volunteers, affiliates, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, their immediate family members (spouse, mother, father, sister, brother, daughter or son, regardless of where they live) and members of their same households (whether related or not) from The Franklin Institute, AEI, AEG, Amtrak and other King Tut partners and entities are not eligible to participate in the prize giveaway.

All decisions of The Franklin Institute are final and binding. The winners will be selected May 31, 2007 and will be notified by phone/email within ten (10) days of the drawing, unless a winner is required to be present. Winners will have ten (10) days from notification to accept the prize by phone or email address provided by The Franklin Institute. The Franklin Institute is not responsible for and shall not be liable for any late, lost or misdirected notification, or for potential winners’ unsuccessful efforts to claim any prize. Winners have until September 30, 2007 to travel to The Franklin Institute.

Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, or such other rules as The Franklin Institute may reasonably require and post, and by the decisions of The Franklin Institute which are final on all matters pertaining to the Prize Giveaway. The Franklin Institute reserves the right to disqualify any person that is determined to be in violation of any term contained in these Official Rules. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, is found to have violated any of these Official Rules, or such other rules as The Franklin Institute may reasonably require, or fails to claim a prize, prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
