4.	You will receive a confirmation packet, including detailed information about your show, approximately two weeks after we receive your information.

Structuring your audience
In order to maximize the educational value of your Traveling Science Show, we strongly recommend that school audiences include three or fewer grade levels per show. The maximum audience size is 250.

Travel fees are associated with all formats; rates vary by county.

Additional Fees:
Early morning fee: $75 for shows beginning before 9 a.m.
Split day fee: $75 for one morning and one afternoon.

Discounts:
Shows performed September 1st - October 15th: $100 off the total cost.
Shows performed in December: $50 off the total cost.

Deposit:
The Franklin Institute must receive your non-refundable deposit of $100 at least 30 before the date of your show or your reservation will automatically be cancelled. It is important to reserve early to ensure you get the date that you want.
