PLEASE, READ THROUGH ALL OF THE SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION CAREFULLY. You MUST read, print, and submit a copy of the Scholarship Application Process with your packet.

Each year we offer scholarships for excellence in academics, attendance, and leadership, as well as for those who are in need of financial assistance. Listed below are each of the award names and their respective criteria. Clicking on the award names will take you to that individual scholarship's application form in PDF format.

PLEASE NOTE: If your child is in Kindergarten or first grade, the application you fill out must be the "Form Y" version.

1. SEIGLER AWARD : Scholarship awarded for academic achievement and attendance. This is a partial scholarship ranging from $200-$400, to be applied to a two-week session of Discovery Camp. [SEIGLER FORM Y]

2. WALTERS AWARD : Grant based on financial need. This is a full scholarship for a two-week session of Discovery Camp. The Walters Award also includes the cost of lunch for the entire session. [WALTERS FORM Y]

3. JAMES A. UNRUH AWARD: For minorities and girls interested in science and who demonstrate leadership and cooperation skills. This is a full scholarship for a two-week session of Discovery Camp. The James A. Unruh Award also includes the cost of lunch for the entire session. [UNRUH FORM Y]

Complete the registration contract and submit it with your scholarship application. Please, leave the fees and theme selection areas blank, as you will provide us with your preferences on your scholarship application.

All scholarship applications must be accompanied by two Adult Evaluation Forms (PDF file). Adults must place this form in a sealed envelope, sign it across the sealed flap, and return it to the applicant.

To be considered for an award, we must receive all of the information requested in the same envelope by April 17, 2006. Please, be sure to read the directions for each section carefully. Remember, the essay sections are to be filled out by your child. YOU MAY NOT SUBMIT MORE THAN ONE APPLICATION PER CHILD. Applicants who submit multiple applications will not be considered for any of the awards.
